By using ListenLove you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Who can use ListenLove

You must be at least 18 years old. One account per person. Your information must be truthful.

How you behave

Be kind and respectful. No harassment, hate, threats, nudity, scams, spam, advertising or impersonation. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules, including after reports from other members.

Call minutes

New accounts get 30 free minutes. After that, calls use prepaid minute packs (from €1 for 100 minutes; bigger packs cost less per minute). The length of each call is split equally between both people. Minutes don't expire and are non-refundable once used, except where the law says otherwise.

Your safety

We don't run background checks. Take care when meeting people you got to know online. Use the report and block options whenever something feels wrong.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from the app. This permanently removes your profile, matches and messages.

Child safety

ListenLove is for adults 18 and over. Our published standards on child sexual abuse and exploitation are at /csae and apply to everyone using the app.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll let you know in the app about important changes.
